If you have PDF content you would like to publish on the internet but do not want the contents of the PDF to be copied and pasted or reused without your permission, consider the "rasterization" feature of PDFBatchBuild Mac
, our PDF combiner for Apple Mac.
When combining PDF files, PDFBatchBuild can turn all pages (or a range of pages) into a pure graphic. The text itself is merged into a graphic and can no longer be copied and pasted. However, the PDF can still be printed.
This is a simple form of protection, but consider this: thieves are lazy, they're not going to re-type or recreate a complex vector graphic if they can find another "free one" elsewhere on the internet.
