CatEye - Free Download for Photo Booth macOS Catalina

We made some tweaks to CatEye to make it compatible with all versions of macOS from 10.6 through 10.15 (UPDATE: And Big Sur). Then we had Apple notarize it as ready to download (here: BLKOPCAT9_esd.dmg).

Under recent versions of the macOS we recommend deleting any of the effects that you are not planning to use: this will make Photo Booth run a little faster.

The package installs each group of eight effects into /Library/Compositions.

Q@mera 2.0.4 - Buffed to a Higher Gloss...

Totally just updated Q@mera to version 2.0.4 to correct some minor quirks in the previous build and to add some significant new features.

The firstest and weirdest video glitch maker for the macOS.

Notable among the new features are an embedded AVFoundation-to-VDIG camera input converter (aka shim/adapter/trampoline) and an integrated window-grabber VDIG (input) so that you can create streaming Q@mera effects using the source of any on-screen window as a virtual camera input. The filtered output is then made available to CMIO (AVFoundation camera apps) as a live camera input. Sound too good to be true? True that!

COMPATIBILITY: MacOS X Mountain Lion (10.8) through Mojave (10.14)

Apple celebrates 30 years of Mac with special webpage, video - visitors to Apple's official website are met with a new splash page wishing Mac a happy birthday. After a short intro, users are directed to the "Mac 30" mini site, essentially an interactive animated timeline crafted to tell the Mac story from its beginning in 1984.


Happy MacBirthday. You don't look a day over 25.
