Introducing Q@mera 2.0 - Retro Selfie Cam for Mac

We've updated Q@mera to version 2.0 (actually 2.0.1), rebuilt from the ground up with both CMIO (AVFoundation) & VDIG (QuickTime) virtual camera drivers.

The CMIO driver works with modern versions of Skype and most browser-based video uploaders so you can go live with your webcam turned back to 1956. It's your own personal Twilight Zone, replete with wavy noise and wobbly screen.

Snap a selfie and enjoy alpha transparency. Transparency channel video (QuickTime Animation Millions+) can also be emitted for low-budget B-movie effect fun. Final Cut, After Effects and some versions of iMovie can composite our transparency channel movies into an effects sequence, if you like things that way.

GrabberRaster updated for Mountain Lion

GrabberRaster, our screen capture and desktop streaming app, has been updated for Gatekeeper and DeveloperID, two new security features in the next release of Mac OS X.
